ペルソナの設定
おはようございます！
今日も外は冷えてますね。体調にはお気を付けください。
私が個人的に今朝のニュースで気になったのは
「ANA、黒字３５億円の見通し」です。現状は過去最大の赤字をたたき出していますが。。
現状コロナによる緊急事態宣言が発令されているなかで、国内線の旅客需要が増えると判断しています。
ANAは肘で開けれるトイレも航空会社で初導入しています。
これも旅客需要が増えた時に落ち込まないための対策だと考えられますね。
コロナ打破の兆しは少しずつ見える様になってきました。
さて、今日のテーマはペルソナの設定です。
ターゲットを絞るときにはペルソナを設定した方がいいというのは聞いた事あると思います。
しかし、より空中戦を避けるためにはペルソナをもっと見える化してあげる事が重要だそうです。
では、どのように最小公約数をみつけだすのか？
ペルソナの現状ではなく、未来もつくってあげることです。
例えば、
年収500万円の40代夫婦 子供２人 17歳 19歳 石川県
５年後を想定してターゲティングをする
とすると
何が自社の商品をアプローチしたら効果でるのかを考える事は他社との差別化で優位に前に出られますよね。
例で考えられるのは、子供２人は成人して、収入も今より増える可能性あります。
２人のライフステージは必然的に変わりますね。
５年後の社会と生活をマッチさせるアプローチで信頼を得る事も大いに可能です。
まとめると
ざっくりとターゲットを絞るよりもペルソナを設定する
さらにいえば、現状のペルソナよりも未来のペルソナから逆算するとより具体化されていきます。
見えないものを見える様にするには、多数の情報量を浴び続け、経験していくことだと思います。
若い世代が多い弊社にはまだまだ可能性があります。
