今後また研修にお邪魔させていただき、ロードサービスの極意を学ばせていただきます。
さて、今回は交通安全についてです。
みなさんは普段、運転はどのような心掛けをしていますか？
案外、点数や罰金も把握している方は少ないと思います。
私たち自身も前日スタッフ間の周知会で違反や心掛け、会社としての姿について勉強しました。
主に３つのテーマで
個人ではなく組織としての看板を背負う意識
余裕を持った行動で心の余裕をつくり、運転への余裕
違反したときのリスク
を１人１人に周知し、意識の改革ができたと感じています。
看板を背負っている以上、仕事外での通勤や外出も私たちは意識してまいります。
小さなことをしっかりとできる組織こそが強靭な基盤をつくれると信じていますので、これからも意識を落とさず行動していきます！
